It is very important to me that you - the customer - be aware of my terms and conditions. There's nothing tricky here, but please do take a few minutes to read all of this.

• All prices are in Australian dollars!

• You will find all the products which are available by clicking on the Online Store categories. There are a lot of DVDs! Use the Product Search or Advanced Search buttons on the righthand side of the screen to help you narrow your search to specific items.

• You can add whatever you like to the Shopping Cart, the contents of which can be edited at any time. If you have accidentally ordered something which you don't want, then send me an email and I'll make the necessary changes.

• I will confirm your order by e-mail, usually within 24 hours, plus give an indication of what I have in stock and what I will have to order for you, plus an approximate arrival date. If you should have any questions about your order, please send me an email.

• All orders are subject to approval. That means that if you have asked me to order goods in for you before and you have not paid for them, I might ask you to pre-pay your order first. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason (but this will not happen unless you have been a real pain!).

• I will make every reasonable endeavour to get what you want, but please be patient and understanding. Goods listed as available may have suddenly and without any notice become unavailable; our distributors may be having problems with suppliers; or someone's dog just died and they're having a bad day - there are any number of possibilities. Rest assured, however, that I will continue to try to get your goodies until you tell me otherwise.

• I try very hard to represent the products I sell in their original colours but unfortunately sometimes different computer systems and software display things in their own special way. So be warned I can't help it.

•  If something which I shipped to you should arrive damaged, the first thing to do is to contact me so that we can work out the best course of action. Do not just mail it back to me before we have spoken.

• I use the postal service for all shipments, and in the 18+ years that I have been mailing anime products to clients, very few have been lost. Please be patient. By all means do contact me if you should be concerned about anything to do with your order.

• Please choose carefully. All sales are final. If you are not sure about an item that interests you, then get in touch with me and I'll try to help you make an informed choice. Faulty goods can be returned for a credit or refund.
