No-one wants hassles, but they can and will happen. It is very important to me that any problems you have with my business are resolved amiably and efficiently!
Here are some possible scenarios:
My stuff has arrived but it's damaged!!!
This bites. You unwrap the packaging and find that something has smashed or been damaged in some way. After some cursing and swearing, the thing to do is to send me an email, explaining what has happened. Please be aware that I will know nothing about your hassles until you tell me.
This has happened very rarely since I started my business in 1991, but it can happen. Let me know, as clearly as possible, what has happened and I'll make some suggestions to you. Perhaps I'll offer to replace the item. I might suggest that you mail the damaged one back to me and I'll get a replacement (and credit you the cost of your mailing it back to me). Perhaps the casing was broken. I might suggest that you buy a new DVD case and I'll mail you some money for the cost. The important thing is that we arrive at some solution which is satisfactory to both of us. This can be done quite easily!
My stuff has arrived but it is defective!!!!!
This is different to being physically damaged. Maybe there is a fault in the DVD itself. Perhaps there was an authoring hassle with the master, which has resulted in a batch of defective DVDs being released into the market. This is a pain for both of us: the DVD looks fine, but it doesn't work properly. Thankfully, with the DVD mastering process becoming more proficient, this hassle doesn't happen much anymore.
Once again, the thing to do is to let me know in an email. I'll get in touch with the manufacturer, either in Australia or the US, and let them know. They will probably already have heard about this from other clients. They might have to make another batch of this particular title, once they have eliminated the fault. This might take a while. Or, perhaps they have corrected copies available now. Whatever the story, I will let you know as soon as I know. Perhaps you are prepared to wait for a corrected copy to arrive, or perhaps you want a refund. In either case, I'll probably ask you to mail the defective copy back to me. We will sort out the best solution and go with that.
Where's my stuff?????
You know what you want and you want it now!! You will have to have some patience. It's that simple. If you want to immediately, then you will need to find another web site. I carry little stock, so I have to order in almost everything which my clients want. This can take about one week (for Australian releases which are available now), or about one month (for items which come from the US).
I would hope that you can wait that long. I know that it's not always easy to do. Please feel free to contact me - email is probably the best - to get an update on your order.
I have another hassle which you haven't mentioned!!!??
Then let me know and I'll add it to this list! The most important part of my business is my reputation. I will not rip you off. I will tell you the truth. I want you to be a happy camper and tell your friends about my site. It will all be OK - hang in there.

Too hot for eBay!
As I was sorting through items for listing on eBay, I came across some adult product which I couldn't put there. Here is a list of those anime products. Please be aware that you must be over 18 years of age to order any of these items from me! I only have one of each of these. They are available now for immediate delivery.
Blu-ray anime DVDs
For those of you into the latest and greatest technology, here's a list of anime available on Blu-ray in the US and Australia. I will be updating this list about every two months to try to keep it current (last updated May 26, 2011).
The Baron on YouTube
My alter ego, Baron Heinrich von Hosenscheisser 3rd, has decided to start a YouTube channel. Life will not be the same again.
Oz anime permanent price reductions!
The good folks at Madman have announced some permanent price reductions on selected Australian anime titles. Sure, these ones have been around for a while, but saving some money is a good thing, right
Some US anime titles which you might have missed
One of the challenges when you have a web site which contains a lot of titles is that many of the good ones tend to get buried amongst all the dross. I presently have about 1,800 US anime DVDs listed, along with about 900 Australian ones. The following list is non-hentai titles which are not available in Australia, but which I should still be able to get from the US. Happy hunting!
