I've had a web site since 1998, but this is the all-improved version. I'm hoping that in the months and years ahead that we will develop an active online community, centred around this web site. The good news is that this web site is controlled by one person - me - so I can (and will) make changes very quickly. I'd like to get to know some of you, like I used to do when I had a bricks and mortar retail shop. Even in this weird virtual world, that should be possible. So, get in touch. You will find a lot of anime products here, certainly one of the largest such sites in Australia. I presently have about 4,000 products listed, most of which are anime DVDs. This business has been in operation since 1991, owned and operated by me, Michael Heins
I also stock some Western and Japanese animation artwork; some original Australian comic strips; US graphic novels; animation art books and some CD soundtracks.
Here's what you will not find: bootlegs, unlicensed products, DVDs burnt in someone's backyard. I hate this stuff. If you want to buy bootleg goods, please look somewhere else. You will have no problems finding bogus items on eBay or any number of other online places. The main problem I have with this stuff is that the original creators make nothing from these sales. If you like what these creative people do, then support them by buying legitimately released and licensed products. They will get some royalty payments from this, which will help them make more of the products we love in the future.

Oz anime permanent price reductions!
The good folks at Madman have announced some permanent price reductions on selected Australian anime titles. Sure, these ones have been around for a while, but saving some money is a good thing, right 
Some US anime titles which you might have missed
One of the challenges when you have a web site which contains a lot of titles is that many of the good ones tend to get buried amongst all the dross. I presently have about 1,800 US anime DVDs listed, along with about 900 Australian ones. The following list is non-hentai titles which are not available in Australia, but which I should still be able to get from the US. Happy hunting!
